Looks like I won't be able to get my Z out of the bodyshop in time to roll into the events :(Fxxking NTB (National Tire & Battery) in Irving, TX jacked on my floor pan and over tightened the lug nuts 7.5 months ago. The results were:
a) bent floor pan that cause driver seat sit crooked,
b) stripped lug nuts and studs, warpped rotor,
c) a hole in the carpet from hammering the floor without removing the seat and carpet.
A friggin nail caused all that....
Very poor management and communication of this company it runs.
1) Didn't get upper management's attention till 4.5 months after.
2) Took the upper management 1.5 months to finally get the Z in the bodyshop.
3) Z stayed in the shop for 2 weeks, and then NTB wouldn't pay and they claimed that I had their check cahsed, while I have no fxxking check.
4) They stopped paying the rental car 2.5 weeks ago and refused the payment for the damage.
5) I am ready to have a very good lawyer, Rubin J Martin, to tear them up until today, they finally figured out that it's gonna cost them too much for their sorry ass. They claimed to their insurance company.
6) If the insurance company couldn't get it done right and worthy next Tuesday, well, you know the answer....
I have put up enough with their BS, wasted too much of my time and inconvenience caused.
BBB is filed twice.
Maybe I could also get the media's attention, hehe...
Lesson learned:
1) be a nice guy to an extent,
2) be SMARTER to think and should have paid the fee to get a lawyer long ago,
3) people who owe you money never feel sorry for you!
